Welcome to Flores Liveaboard, where we strive to provide a luxurious and seamless charter experience. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized trip for all our clients.

1. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due prior to the charter’s start.
Payments are non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined in our cancellation policy.
Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made within the stipulated notice period may qualify for partial refunds, as detailed in our refund policy.
No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than the notice period or for no-shows.

3. Safety and Conducts

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
Flores Liveaboard reserves the right to terminate the charter without refund if guest behavior jeopardizes safety or disrupts the experience.

4. Liability

Flores Liveaboard is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including weather or guest negligence.
Guests are advised to have travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal property.

5. Included and Excluded Services

Inclusions (e.g., meals, equipment, and onboard facilities)
exclusions (e.g., alcoholic beverages, optional activities, and gratuities) are specified in the booking details.

6. Itinerary Changes

Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, safety, or operational considerations. Efforts will be made to offer alternatives.

7. Additional Policies

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Damages to the vessel or equipment caused by guests may result in additional charges.
